DONT TRUST THIS MAN NOR THE COMPANY POINT BLANK ... His very good at his job which Means he is full of Chat #BEWARE dont hand over no money at all until his talk matches his actions 3days later Im still waiting for my refund !! All he kept saying was I get paid by the hour you take the car or not I still get paid Thank you mike you definitely taught me a lesson #ScummyScouser !!
So I had been on and off the car centres instagram for over a year, I knew exactly what I wanted.. and when I went to see the car centre this is what I got with Hannah and Frazers help. With my old car that I didnt think Would be able to go back yet as wasnt sure dates it was due return, is going back to the place I bought it with no problems. On the same day I walked in to the car centre, I drove away in my gorgeous bmw that Ive always wanted! Thank you so much for all your help. They also make a nice brew , I will definitely be back xx
What an absolute shambles!! Got the car In October everything was going well until it came to the problems with the vehicle being sorted! After nearly a month of waiting for the part to arrive, I am told by the garage that the part which had been supplied was second hand! The faulty part was swapped with the 'new' part for the problem to be even worse that before! The only reason why a second hand part was bought was because a new one would be too expensive, so I have to do all the running round to try and get this issue sorted! A parcel shelf has been missing from the car since I collected the car and the supposed after sales guy just kept telling me it was on the way with no prevail of this yet! Then to top it all off 3 months later....I have still not received a V5 in my name, get an email to confirm the car has been put into my name and then another straight away saying I had sold the car again and the car which I had part exchanged to still be in my name regardless of the fact that they have had the full V5 which is now missing and them to only have the import/export slip! After a conversation with the DVLA they then explain that the vehicle has no tax because the car isn't registered to anyone and I am down as a previous keeper of the vehicle! This has now left with no car until the DVLA can get this car in my name so I can tax it! After phoning the garage to explain this no one seems to know what they are doing or even know how to speak to a customer when such issues arise! All in all the whole experience has been awful! After sales people shouting at you down the phone and people in the office not knowing what is going on! If you have nothing better to do then chase people then I would recommend this garage to you however if you would like a stress free and good experience when buying a vehicle then I wouldn't recommend this garage at all!!!!
Just upgraded to a much better car after a year of ownership and managed to reduce my payments . WOW didnt think it was possible they stuck to there word of upgrading me . Top people
