Food always fantastic, good portion sizes and very tasty. Very quick and organised service.
Shocking service last night. Ordered through the app at 7.45 no food at 9.15 so I called up. To be told they had no drivers in so would be another 45mins to an hr over 2 hrs to wait for a delivery is unacceptable. Told them to have my order ready i would collect no apoligy and I had to request the delivery charge to be refund. Staff are so rude but with the lady in the background being rude what did i expect. I also called up to make sure they didnt put Prawns in my meal know behold big fat prawns sitting off right at the top. Will not used again
Absolutely abysmal customer service. Ordered two hours ago and then were called after one and a half hours to give confirmation for the food to start being made. We missed this phone call as this is the first time I have encountered this. When we rang back the phones were not being answered and this lasted for 45 minutes before we finally got through. When we did get through, we were blamed and berated by the staff and couldnt complain due to every sentence being interrupted. If you want reliable food, dont order from here. We will be getting a full refund through JUST EAT. But dont order from here if you want good food, customer service is NOT good.
I had to wash the taste out of my mouth and didn't want to use disgusting tap water. I came in my own mouth and it had a more developed flavour and seasoning than my salt and pepper chips. 1 star to the chips, 4 stars to my busted nut. Never again but probs will do my nut again.
First got told our order would take half an hour, then after we placed the order it changed to an hour and a half. Paid 4 for the delivery driver without knowing or being told there was even a charge. When our food came we realised there was portions missing so rang back and they admitted they didnt write them on the order. Obviously we was annoyed but the staff on the phone was rude and very unprofessional. Will not reccomend and definitely wont be going back. The food they did send, chips were unedible and the chicken was so dry it was hard to cut. However the duck was good, just not enough pancakes in proportion to 1/4 duck.
