I made an enquiry 2 weeks ago about a property on Ambleside drive in Kirkby, I was told that day on the phone that I would be prioritised for viewing and to wait for yourselves to get back to me to arrange, it was to my surprise that it took a week of no contact for me to ring several times to get to the stage where a viewing was discussed as I was told the current tennant would be vacanting and that again I would be contacted for a viewing in due course. Again no contact so I took it on myself again to contact you to be told that an application had been accepted. You can understand my anger as I had my sights set on this property and that it had taken all this time to make me aware. It has now gotten to the point where Im now looking at similar price ranges for properties in areas I dont want to live. This has caused inconvenience and I would like to think you agency will help me to find somewhere as suitable as this property which I feel I could have lived in and liked. From this I would like this to be noted as a complaint as I am furious with the way this has been handled and that this was extremely unprofessional. Clearly no communication with staff to then pass this on to willing clients. I hope you will assist me to find somewhere nice and affordable.
LOC8 have been a great company to deal with the sale of my late mums house from start to finish. They have dealt with all the viewing as this was too painful for me to go through.
