Bespoke renovated two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet for us. The staff were always polite, professional and willing to help. We now have two lovely new bathrooms and downstairs toilet, which were completed within estimated timescales.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER use this company!!!!Extremely poor workmanship, poor quality products and materials!!!My new top-of-the range, bespoke bathroom, was planned to take two weeks, but because of the poor workmanship, it took SEVEN WEEKS!!! It left my family without a bathroom - it was appalling!The shower wet-area was not as described, tiling was atrocious, the new ceiling was not level, fixtures and fittings where fitted off centre, the vanity and wall unit where the cheapest available and wires where left exposed!I know of several people who have had similar experiences, in one case they are still having repairs done almost ONE YEAR after their bathroom was installed!!Fortunately I was able to get all of my money back but it required the involvement of a solicitor.Please take my advice - do not use this company for anything and do not allow anyone connected with this company near your home!!!
